Similar to baba ganoush (a Middle Eastern dip), this dip is great served with whole wheat pita wedges or whole grain crackers. You can also try the dip with freshly cut raw veggies.

This is a fabulous tomato salsa to serve with chips. The recipe is very easy to make and provides enough salsa for a party or large group. You can refrigerate this salsa in an air-tight container for up to a week.
