We picked this one up this summer and loved it!

Recipe Ingredients

2/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
12 chicken wings

Recipe Steps

1. In medium saucepan, mix together all ingredients (except chicken wings).
2. Bring sauce to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Allow to cool at room temperature.
4. Place chicken in a large, resealable bag and pour in half of the sauce. Reserve the other half.
5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
6. Remove chicken from bag and discard the sauce left in bag.
7. Grill over direct heat (low) for 30-40 minutes, brushing with the reserved sauce and turning often.

Additional Tips

The tips of the chicken wings can also be removed before marinating if you prefer.
