Use this salsa as a flavorful side dish, or spoon over steak or pork chops.

Recipe Ingredients

•1 (15-ounce) can black beans
•1 cup frozen corn kernels
•1 red bell pepper
•1 yellow bell pepper
•1 medium white onion
•1 medium jalapeno pepper
•1/2 cup fresh cilantro
•2 tablespoons lime juice
•1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
•1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Steps

•Drain and rinse black beans.
•Chop bell peppers, onion and jalapeno.
•Combine all ingredients in a larger glass container.
•Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
