Additional Tips
Serve with baked tortilla chips. It’s also a great source of the carotenoid lutein which has been suggested to help maintain healthy eyes. In addition, avocados contain heart healthy mono- and polyunsaturated fats and are a good substitute for foods containing saturated fat (like cheese dips and mayonnaise-based dips)
