Hot Fudge Cake

Wonderful dessert! Everyone loves it, and it's easy to make!

Recipe Ingredients

18 1/2 ounce package of devil's food cake mix
20 ounce jar of hot fudge topping (Sanders is the best!)
3 pkg. Heath candy bars (crushed)
12 ounce carton of Cool Whip

Recipe Steps

  1. bake devils food cake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan according to package instructions
  2. let the cake cool down slightly (about 5 minutes)
  3. punch holes into the cake with the end of a wooden spoon about an inch apart (cake should have quite a few holes)
  4. pour hot fudge topping into the holes
  5. let cake cool completely
  6. spread Cool Whip and crushed Heath bars on top of the cake before serving
  7. keep refrigerated
