Found this recipe from a friend in Michigan and I have been making for our guests ever since!

Recipe Ingredients

2 cans quartered artichokes (6.5 oz)
1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
10 oz frozen chopped spinach
garlic powder to taste

Recipe Steps

1) drain artichokes
2) thaw spinach
3) mix all ingredients in a mixer, until combined thoroughly, thick not creamy
4) refrigerate overnight
5) pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
6) spread the mixture evenly
7) bake 30 minutes
8) remove and serve with tortilla chips or baked pita chips
