Recipe Ingredients

4-5 oz. Salmon fillet (wild caught)
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. fresh cracked pepper

Recipe Steps

1. Heat oven to 360 degrees
2. Lightly season salmon with salt and pepper
3. Heat saute pan to medium heat
4. Add olive oil to pan
5. Place salmon in the oil, making sure to hold pan away from you
6. Lower heat and turn salmon once it has reached a golden brown color, for about 4-5 minutes
7. Continue cooking in the oven for about 5 minutes.
8. Remove and serve warm
